WATCH: Two dead, several injured in shooting at Mandeville Market

MANCHESTER, Jamaica — Police are now on the scene of a shooting which left a man and a woman dead and four others injured on Friday morning.

The shooting incident, which took place shortly after 10:00 am, happened at the back entrance of the market opposite Ballyhooly Road.

Eyewitness reports are that two men armed with guns carried out the attack which sent people scampering for cover.

Police have since cordoned off the area.
