Mamosa Brunch to bring ‘ladies paradise’
Jaja Francis, co-organiser of the Mamosa Brunch Series, says Sunday’s staging will exceed patrons’ expectations, especially women, as the staging is dubbed ‘ladies paradise.’
“Ladies paradise, is as the name states, aimed at catering to the ladies. We want them to come out with their best foot forward; not just dress-wise, but in the sense of coming with a smile and ready to have fun,” Francis told the Jamaica Observer.
The event will be held at Star Fusion Lounge, 2A Chelsea Avenue, in Kingston. Meanwhile, music will be provided by Javvy Supreme, Sound Govament, DJ Marvin, and Jugglin’ Masters.
The previous staging of the brunch series was held at another location. However, Francis and the other organisers wanted to up the ante on several factors, hence the venue shift.
“We wanted to get more parking space for patrons so [that] patrons won’t have to worry about the security of their vehicles. Also, this venue is more centralised and easily accessible, and the shape of the venue will facilitate a better party environment,” he said.
The menu will compromise chicken pasta, shrimp pasta and jerk pork pasta, as well as jerk pork and chicken, barbecue wings, fruit and macaroni salad and more thanks to catering by Double Scoops Restaurant.
Francis added that he anticipates an enjoyable experience for attendees.
“With the brand Mamosa, we try to get the best party experience possible. We want our patrons to let loose; we want it to be a great party experience where everyone can feel comfortable,” he added.
