Dear Editor,
I would like to stop for a minute to recognise the work of two ladies at ATL Honda that I had the awesome pleasure of doing business with recently.
I am beyond pleased to commend them for their professionalism whilst my car was undergoing second repairs in the body shop.
My commendation comes against the background of hiccups the first time my car went in, but these ladies assured me that the second time would be different — and I was not disappointed. They are the epitome of efficiency and sticking to their word.
Most notable was the frequent communication, as they understood that this deadline could not be missed.
I applaud them as I know first-hand as a customer service representative manager that customers’ expectations can be a heavy burden, but they bore it quite well.
Many thanks, ladies, and keep doing what you do, as every smile matters.
