Flow comes through
Dear Claudienne,
I have requested your help in the past when trying to do it on my own has yielded no results. I am again reaching out to you as you have always gotten my issues resolved for me.
My issue is with Flow. I have cable and Internet services that I pay for at our family residence in Mandeville for the use of my parents. My parents are now both deceased and a niece was living at the home. However, we are doing major repairs to the home so no one is living there now and the repairs may take well over a year.
I am currently living in Canada and tried calling Flow’s toll-free number, straight to their number in Kingston as well as their number in Mandeville. All of these numbers either do not ring or go unanswered.
I have also been in contact with Flow via their WhatsApp chat for over two weeks now to request cancellation of services. I feel that I am being given the runaround. I keep getting responses from the agents up to the point where I request cancellation, provide all my information, and am told I will be transferred to the department that deals with cancellations, then there are no more responses.
I think it is unacceptable to be paying between $8,000 and $9,000 for services that are not being used by anyone. In one chat I was told that my payments needed to be up-to-date and I paid my current bill. I know I will be getting another bill soon and it seems unfair to me to be paying this when I have been trying for weeks to get the services cancelled.
Any assistance you can give towards getting this matter resolved will be greatly appreciated.
