Campion defeat Penwood High 2-0 in ISSA/Digicel Manning Cup
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Penwood High’s surprise unbeaten run in the ISSA/Digicel Manning Cup came to an end on Wednesday when they went down 2-0 to hosts Campion.
Campion opened the scoring in the 18th minute thanks to a well taken half volley from Zaeem Keshinro.
Campion, who controlled large parts of the game, sealed the win in the 58th minute through striker Tyler Falconer.
With the win, Campion move to 10 points, but remain third in the group as Penwood, also on 10 points, boast a better goal difference.
Kingston College are now sole leaders of Zone C with 13 points after their win against Meadowbrook.
