Skipping breakfast is a no-no! But fear not, slaving over the hot stove to provide a morning meal is not necessary. Rainforest’s frozen fruit line make breakfast easy especially with the recent introduction of two new frozen fruit blends, Cherry Berry and Summer Medley. Cherry Berry is a delightful blend of nutrient-packed cherries and berries. Summer Medley is a refreshing mix of mangos, strawberries and pineapples. Both are available islandwide in your favourite supermarket.
Here are two breakfast recipes ready in less than 10 minutes featuring the frozen fruit blends that your family will be sure to love and can enjoy on the go:
Summer Medley Overnight Oats
Prep time: 10 mins
Makes: 2
Ingredients:
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup Rainforest Summer Medley frozen fruit blend
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Method:
1. Add coconut cream, frozen fruit, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until the fruit is pureed.
2. To a bowl, add the oats, chia seeds, and fruit mixture then mix well.
3. Place mixture evenly between two jars with lids and place in fridge overnight.
4. When ready to eat, add your choice of nut butters, seeds, and fresh fruit.

Cherry Berry Smoothie
Prep Time: 8 mins
Makes 2 Smoothies
Ingredients
• 1 cup Rainforest Cherry Berry frozen fruit blend
• 1 small ripe banana
• 1 1/2 – 2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (Optional)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
