Ingredients – Serves for Four
1 large tortilla
½ pack Arosa Breakfast Sausages
½ cup Delect Ketchup
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 tbsp sliced onion
2 tbsp chopped sweet pepper – red, green & yellow
3 tsp Delect Vegetable Oil – to grease pan & baking sheet
Method:
Slice Arosa Breakfast Sausages and sauté for 10 minutes on medium heat until slightly browned.
On a greased baking sheet, place tortilla.
Top tortilla with Delect Ketchup as desired.
Sprinkle toppings – cheeses, chopped sweet peppers and sliced onions.
Top with cooked sliced Arosa Breakfast sausages.
Bake in the oven for 20 mins at 220 degrees Celsius.
Slice and serve!
