Flutes sets the stage for JFDF 2024 with a sparkling preview
THE Jamaica Food and Drink Festival (JFDF) 2024 kicked off its highly anticipated pre-festival series on Wednesday with Flutes, an intimate culinary experience at the Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen.
The exclusive event, designed to generate excitement for the main festival happening from November 7-10, featured a four-course tasting menu expertly paired with sparkling wines.
The evening was sponsored by Visa, Select Brands, and Seprod.
Presented by Visa and powered by CB Foods, JFDF 2024 promises to be an outstanding celebration of Jamaica’s vibrant food and drink culture.
Flutes served as the perfect prelude, offering guests a preview of the creativity and sophistication they can expect throughout the festival in November.
Chef Celeste Gordon curated an unforgettable dining experience. Each course was thoughtfully paired with sparkling wines selected by wine educator and connoisseur Debra Taylor-Smith, who guided guests through a tasting of exquisite sparkling wines.
As the night progressed, the buzz surrounding the upcoming festival continued to build. Guests expressed their anticipation for the next pre-festival event, Sips: A Boozy Tea Affair, set for Sunday, September 15 at Terra Nova Poolside.
