UIC’s Chase Neil nominated in St Ann NE

ST ANN, Jamaica — Chase Neil of the United Independents’ Congress of Jamaica (UIC) was the final candidate who showed up in St Ann North Eastern to be nominated on Wednesday.

Neil was nominated shortly before 2:00 pm.

He was dressed in a grey shirt.

Following his nomination, Anderson told Observer Online, “The UIC has decided to give the people of North East St Ann a voice so that’s why I’m here representing on their behalf today.”

He said this is not his first time representing St Ann outside of politics as he has represented the parish through different programmes and on different platforms.

The by-election is set to take place on September 30.
