Rvssian’s Santa now certified triple platinum, continues rise
Santa by Jamaican producer Rvssian, featuring Puerto Rican singer Rauw Alejandro and Ayra Starr, has now been certified triple platinum in Spain.
The song, which continues to make its way up the Billboard Latin charts, received its latest certification two weeks ago by PROMUSICAE (Productores de Musica de Espana) which translates to Spanish Music Producers.
Santa inches up from #13 to #12 in its 21st week on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart, while moving from #12 to #10 on Latin Airplay. Over on Latin Rhythm Airplay, Santa cruises from #8 to #6.
Released in April via Rvssian’s Head Concussion label and Sony Music Latin, Santa has done well on several charts. It reached #11 in Argentina; #1 in Bolivia, Peru and Spain; #2 in Colombia; #7 in Chile; #2 in Ecuador; #24 on Billboard’s Global 200; #46 in Italy; #15 Mexico; and #38 in Switzerland.
On Billboard’s Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart, Roses by Tina aka Hood Celebrityy blooms from #36 to #33, while Work Me Out by Shenseea and Wizkid steps up from #40 to #37.
Work Me Out inches up from #39 to #38 on Rhythmic Top 40 Airplay, while over on Germany’s Urban R&B/Hip-Hop chart, the song takes flight from #37 to #26.
Bob Marley and the Wailers remain at the top of the Billboard Reggae Albums chart with Legend, which clocks an amazing 243 non-consecutive weeks in pole position.
Dutty Classics Collection by Sean Paul moves up two places to #2, while Best of Shaggy: The Boombastic Collection dips to #3.
World on Fire by Stick Figure slides down to #4, Greatest Hits by UB40 remains at #5, and Stick Figure has Set in Stone and Wisdom at #6 and #7 respectively.
Courage to Grow by Rebelution moves up to #8, while Welcome to Jamrock, the Grammy-winning set by Damian Marley re-enters at #9.
Endless Summer by The Elovaters is #10.
