Super Lotto jackpot struck twice in one month with Jamaican winning $236.5m
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A Jamaican player has won the Super Lotto jackpot of $236.5 million, the second time for the month that the jackpot has been hit.
The jackpot was won with a $300 ticket purchased at Khadulah Wholesale in Clarendon. The winning numbers were 09, 10, 22, 29, 34, and super ball 2.
This latest win comes just weeks after the $294 million Super Lotto jackpot was won by a lucky player in St Maarten.
In 2024 alone, the Super Lotto jackpot has been hit three times, with two of those wins claimed by Jamaican players. Earlier this year, a Jamaican businessman took home $163 million after hitting the jackpot.
The multi-jurisdictional game is currently played in six Caribbean countries namely Jamaica, Barbados, St Kitts & Nevis, Anguilla, Antigua and St Maarten. Draws take place every Tuesday and Friday at 8:30 pm.
