Arosa Creamy Sausage Pasta

This indulgent recipe marries the savoury goodness of Arosa’s German and Swiss bratwursts with the luxurious texture of the creamy yet zesty coconut sauce made with Delect’s Coconut Milk Powder. Tossed with fresh spinach, vibrant sweet peppers, and aromatic garlic, each bite is a symphony of flavours. The dish is perfectly balanced with a glass of El Supremo Sauvignon Blanc, adding a touch of elegance to the chosen occasion. Ingredients: Serves two
• 1 pack Delect Spaghetti
• 2 1/2 packs Delect Coconut Milk Powder
• 1 cup spinach
• 1/4 cup yellow onions
• 2 tablespoon chopped garlic
• 3 tablespoon sweet peppers – red, green & yellow, diced
• 1 tablespoon carrots, diced
• 1 tablespoon chopped celery
• ½ pack Arosa German Bratwursts
• ½ pack Arosa Swiss Bratwursts
• 2 tbsp Golden Brand Margarine
• 2 tbsp Delect Vegetable Oil
• Parmesan cheese (to taste)
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• Spicy Hill Pepper Powder (to taste)
• Salt & pepper (to taste)
• Italian seasoning (to taste)
• 1/2 cup El Supremo Sauvignon Blanc (to deglaze)
Method:
• Slice sausages.
• Add a little vegetable oil to the pot to brown the sausages.
• Sautée garlic, onion, carrots, celery, and sweet pepper.
• Deglaze with chicken broth and El Supremo Sauvignon Blanc until the sauce is reduced.
• Add 1 cup of water to Delect Coconut Milk powder and combine.
• Add Italian seasoning, salt & pepper to taste and allow to thicken for max 10 mins.
• Add al dente pasta to the sauce.
• Stir in cooked sausage and spinach.
• Plate with a drizzle of remaining sauce.
• Top with parmesan cheese to taste.
• Serve with a glass of El Supremo Sauvignon Blanc.
