Grace Foods: A Taste of Jamaica in Paris
On August 6, as Jamaicans celebrated the 62nd year of the country’s independence, those in Paris for the Summer Olympic Games gathered at Puma House for a one-day Jamaican takeover celebrating Independence Day and Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA) Day, respectively.
The atmosphere was electric as guests enjoyed live entertainment, but it was London-based chef Collin Brown’s delicious fare that brought it home for the yardies!
Brown — who has an ongoing partnership with Grace Foods — used the brand’s award-winning Honey Jerk Seasoning, Coconut Milk, Fritter Mix, Hot Pepper Sauce, Cornmeal, and Jerk BBQ Sauce to make menu faves like Traditional Jerk Chicken, Ackee and Saltfish Rolls, Pumpkin Steamed Fish with Okra and Coconut Rice, and Jamaican Rum Cake served with Coconut Rum Cream.
