Gas prices up $0.06, $0.07, diesel down $3.06
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline, and a decrease in the price of diesel effective Thursday, August 8, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
90-octane gasoline will be sold $184.68 up by $0.07, while 87-octane will be sold for $175.67 after an increase of $0.06.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $168.85 per litre after a decrease of $3.06 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $176.85 per litre down by $3.06.
Kerosene decreased by $4.50 and will be sold for $164.06 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $71.03 per litre down by $1.09 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $79.13 per litre after a decrease of $0.75.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
