Armanii misses weekend shows due to health issues
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Rising dancehall star Armanii was unable to perform at scheduled shows over the weekend due to recent health issues, his handlers said late Sunday.
In a statement to supporters, the deejay’s management agency, STRDM said, “We regret to inform you that due to recent health issues, Armanii was unable to perform at scheduled shows this weekend. We understand this news is disappointing and share in your frustration.”
The agency said it was prioritising the artiste’s recovery and well-being.
STRDM said it will be working to reschedule the performances to which further details will be provided soon. The agency further thanked supporters for their understanding, well wishes and support.
The Fiesta boss reportedly gave an energetic performance at the Daydreams White Sand event on Saturday, but developed health issues afterwards and subsequently missed his bookings for Sunday.
The agency did not clarify Armanii’s health issues.
