Been there, won that: Shelly-Ann Fraser Pryce gets banner at Nike headquarters
KINGSTON, Jamaica —Three-time Olympic gold medallist Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has received a banner at the headquarters of her long-time sponsor, Nike.
The banner, which is hoisted at Nike’s World Headquarters in Oregon, captures Fraser-Pryce in one of her victorious moments, with the words “Been there, won that”.
The 10-time world champion is one of a select group to receive a banner ahead of the Olympic Games opening ceremony in Paris.
The sprint legend is set to line up with the best in the world for her fifth Olympic Games this summer. She is among the 32 women named to the Jamaican team.
Fraser-Pryce has said she will retire after the games.
