Gin ‘N’ Juice set for July 27
ZJ Chrome will be joined by DJs Marc Chin and Master Chin at Cherry Garden Great House to spin the greatest old school hits at Gin ‘N’ Juice on July 27.
The event, themed Gin ‘N’ Juice: Pretty in Pink Edition, will mark its 32nd.
The first Gin ‘N’ Juice was held in 1994 at College Common. It was conceptualised by Ronald Young and Gregg Smith.
Pleased that the patrons continue to enjoy the event 32 years later, Smith promised a special experience for patrons next Saturday.
“If you’ve been before, then you know that you’ll have a great time. And if you haven’t, you should expect nothing but the best music, vibes, entertainment, and a well-organised event that should surpass your highest expectations. We are the premium uptown retro party that guarantees that you’ll have the time of your life… again, and again, and again,” he told the Jamaica Observer.
“[W]e offer the perfect portal back in time, for one night only, every three months or so, because Gin ‘N’ Juice is a party of friends. Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad you came,” Smith added.
Patrons attending the event will receive a free shuttle service from Loshushan Supermarket to Cherry Garden Great House.
Gin N Juice is sponsored by Gordon’s Gin, Pure County Juices, Proven, Barcode, Partytime, Fyah 105, and Zip FM.
