Gas prices down $1.17, diesel down $1.08
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, July 18, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline down by $1.17, 90-octane will be sold for $185.81 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $177.80.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $178.03 per litre after a decrease of $1.08 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $186.03 per litre down by $1.19.
Kerosene decreased by $3.06 and will be sold for $176.12 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $72.96 per litre down by $0.69 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $80.97 per litre after a decrease of $0.25.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
