Shawn Ice scores with All Girls College
Dancehall artiste Shawn Ice has already seen success with an unofficial release of his latest track All Girls College.
Set for official release later this month, the song has already been making rounds on social media and at social gatherings.
“The reaction has been wonderful ever since the leaked version was released. Supporters sing out the first line of the song whenever they see me…” he told the Jamaica Observer.
He added: “I’m hoping this song can take the Shawn Ice brand to another level, so I’m giving it the proper roll-out as a package.”
The track was produced by Indian Tribe Records.
A past student of Islington High School in St Mary, Shawn Ice (given name Shawn Thompson) is also known for tracks like Mixture, Elevated 2.0, and collaboration
Tach Tach with Austrian artistes Baby Jay and Austrian producer Tom Hype.
The deejay noted that he is open to teaming up with as many artistes as possible.
“I would collab with any one of the artistes I respect and look up to. It’s a lot, so I won’t call names. This is a business, so once the structure is right Shawn Ice is ready to work,” he said.
In the pipeline, the entertainer has performances scheduled for Washington, DC; New York; and Jamaica. He will also be releasing a project called Adonis Playlist in three separate chapters.
