Romeich, Shenseea to hand out care packages in hurricane-ravaged St Elizabeth
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Businessman Romeich Major and his Romeich Entertainment team will be handing out care packages to residents of St Elizabeth affected by Hurricane Beryl.
In a post now making the rounds on social media, Major is seen with members of his team, including dancehall sensation Shenseea, filling bags with food items.
In addition to bags of food, the team could also be seen loading a huge truck with sheets of plyboard and taupaulin as Major indicated he will also be handing out those items during his visit to the parish on Friday.
“Team a pack up some things to go St Elizabeth tomorrow to help how best we can, not waiting on nobody to help me country no matter how small it is we ago help,” he captioned the video. “@shenseea a lead the challenge @romeichentertainment and @majormarketingja a execute it and the rest a team a roll out and help in every way.”
Major also expressed gratitude to corporate companies Honey Bun, Grace Foods, ICool, LP Azar, MMS Hardware and Stoplight Wholesale for donations to assist with his relief effort.
St Elizabeth was one of the parishes worst affected by Hurricane Beryl which battered the island on Wednesday leaving a trail of devastation in its path.
