On Saturday, June 29, 2024, jockey Tevin Foster achieved a remarkable milestone in his career, riding his 300th winner at Caymanas Park.

The landmark came aboard the Ryan Darby-conditioned Absolute Blue in the opening event of the day. The race was a three-year-old and upward Optional Claiming ($250,000-$200,000) spread that included six-year-olds and upward (non-winners of three) and native-bred five-year-olds and upward (maidens) over 5 furlongs round.

Foster’s achievement was met with thunderous applause from the crowd in attendance, as he proudly celebrated his landmark win.

Foster, the current leading rider, went on to win two more races on the 11-race card. He was successful aboard Atomic Energy for trainer Adrian Prince in the sixth race and aboard Password in the night pan for champion trainer Jason DaCosta.
