I am scared of my bank

I am actually scared to put and keep money in my bank account because I seriously fear that the bank is doing nothing to protect my funds. In fact, when I consulted an attorney he said that the Government of Jamaica is also afraid of the banks and their international connections.
On more than one occasion my bank has placed a hold on my account for fear of scammers gaining access. The most recent hold involved an actual scam, but the bank never protected me in this instance, as the scammers actually took money from my account.
My main issue here is that the bank does not provide an adequate portal for me to monitor my account despite numerous attempts and engagements with it. In fact, I alerted the Bank of Jamaica a couple years ago to my issues and they connected me with a representative of the bank, but up until now, things have not changed.
I know there must be many Jamaicans who are having similar issues with this bank, and I am asking them to join me in a class action suit against the bank since the Government has failed and refuse to protect account holders.
