Gas prices up $2.66, diesel up $1.65
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, June 27, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline up by $2.66, 90-octane will be sold for $182.15 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $174.16 per litre.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $176.16 per litre after an increase of $1.65 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $184.67 per litre up by $1.68.
Kerosene increased by $0.99 and will be sold for $175.04 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $71.16 per litre up by $1.00 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $79.54 per litre after an increase of $1.24.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
