Jepic Records partners with RytiKal on Train Track
Jepic Records, a label that pledges to highlight the talents of up-and-coming acts, has joined forces with dancehall hitmaker RytiKal for the song and video Train Track.
Train Track is scheduled for release later this month.
“Train Track is more than just a song, it’s a journey. Through visually stunning storytelling, viewers will embark on a metaphorical and physical exploration along the train track of life with RytiKal. This endeavour not only showcases the artiste’s talent, but also celebrates the rich heritage and symbolism of Jamaica’s railways,” Jepic Records CEO Sanjay “Jepic” Nelson told the Jamaica Observer.
Train Track is described as a groundbreaking collaboration that merges artistry, storytelling and cultural representation. With a vision to rebrand the artiste and shine a spotlight on Jamaica’s iconic railways, this ambitious project is set to captivate audiences and leave a lasting impact.
“The music video for the song is not just a promotional tool for RytiKal’s music but also as a creative ode to the beauty of Jamaica’s railways. The synergy between our label and the creativity of the artiste, promises to elevate the music video to new heights,” said Nelson.
He added: “By investing in this project, we are not only supporting artistic expression but also contributing to the cultural narrative of Jamaica. The impact of this collaboration extends beyond the music video release, fostering a sense of community and artistic innovation.”
RytiKal, whose given name is Ryan McFarlane, is best known for the hit songs Chosen, Fight and Been There.
