Well done, Carlton Davidson

The Kiwanis Club of Stony Hill held their 36th anniversary celebration recently, and among the honorees was Carlton Davidson, a street sweeper who keeps the Stony Hill main road in the vicinity of Gibson Road and Montgomery in an almost pristine condition.
Many times in seeking a person to honour we look in one direction, overlooking many, who, regardless of their job, exhibit commitment and dedication that is unparalleled.
The club was not hesitant when the recommendation was made, and the recipient is now the happiest man since it was the first time that he was receiving any kind of recognition.
This well-thought-out move is not only indicative of the club’s service focus to provide but to also show appreciation and encourage excellence.
