Diddy hit with another lawsuit; former model claims drugging, sexual assault in 2003
Disgraced rap mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is being sued yet again.
This time by a former model who claims Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her the same night they met in 2003.
According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Crystal McKinney met Combs at a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in New York City in 2003 when she was 22 years old.
She said Combs invited her back to his studio and shortly after their arrival, he and several colleagues were drinking Hennessy and passing around joints.
McKinney, in the suit, said she took a hit which she described as “very powerful” and felt as if she was floating, TMZ reports. She claims the joint had been laced with a narcotic or another drug.
McKinney said Combs then demanded she follow him to the bathroom, where she claims he then forced himself on her, kissing her and shoving her head down to his crotch before commanding her to “suck it”, the TMZ report says.
It added that despite her refusal, Combs then forced her to perform oral sex.
McKinney claims in the suit that she started walking away but then felt woozy and lost consciousness. She said the next time she woke, she was in a taxi and realised she had been sexually assaulted.
The TMZ report said it is unclear from the lawsuit if the sexual assault referred to was the alleged forced oral sex or another sexual act while she was unconscious.
According to McKinney, she was subsequently blackballed from the modelling industry, fell into severe depressed and attempted suicide in 2004, TMZ said.
Seeking unspecified damages, McKinney said she “knew she had a moral obligation to speak up” after seeing lawsuits filed by Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura and others, TMZ reported.
Just last Friday, video footage circulated on social media depicting Combs beating and dragging Ventura at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles on March 5, 2016.
In the video, Ventura appears to be exiting a hotel room before Combs, holding a towel around his waist, runs after her. It then showed him violently grabbing her by the back of the neck and throwing her to the ground. He then kicked her as she remained motionless on the floor before dragging her by her sweatshirt toward the room.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said it was unable to charge Combs for the incident as the conduct depicted in the 2016 video would have occurred beyond the timeline where a crime of assault can be prosecuted.
However, Combs on Sunday apologised saying, “It’s so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life…sometimes you gotta do that. I was f*cked up. I mean I hit rock bottom and I make no excuses. My behaviour on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted then when I did it, I’m disgusted now.”
