Nine runners will compete for top honours in tomorrow’s $1.05-million Awesome Power Trophy, a maiden condition race for native-bred three-year-old fillies over 7 ½ furlongs (1,500m).

Below is the analysis of each runner.

1. IMMEASURABLE JOY: (3 b f by War Correspondent – Moon Over Mallorca) – Finished in second position by 3 ¾ lengths behind
Rosetta in a 6-furlong (1,200m) race on May 4.
Immeasurable Joy was noticed losing ground in the final furlong of the race, thereby making this journey of 7 ½ furlongs potentially testy for this filly. However, this is an average bunch of runners and with the red-hot Raddesh Roman in the saddle, Immeasurable Joy can win.

2.DESIGN DIVA (3 b f by Savoy Stomp – Tashara) – Has not done anything in her six starts so far.
Design Diva cannot be recommended for a winning run here.

3.QUEEN VANUA: (3 b f by Savoy Stomp – Trinket Box) – Down the track in her two races to date. Queen Vauna needs more time.

4.SOLACE : (3 ch f by Hedge Fund – I Have A Dream) – Showed some improvement when finishing fourth by 9 lengths Rosetta and Immeasurable Joy. With Immeasurable Joy present here, the chances of Solace winning are slim but she could run well enough to go home with a piece of the pie.

5.RUBY’S LIGHT: (3 b f Casual Trick – Outrageous) – Is going to be left behind in this one. Note: Tongue-tie on.

6.PRINCESS FIANIE: (3 b f by Soul Warrior – Ship Sham) – Finished a disappointed fourth behind Sippin N Sunshine over 6 furlongs on May 4.
Princess Fianie is steadily gaining experience and racing against moderate rivals, she could have a say in the outcome. Note: Tongue-tie off.

7.HAVAJOY: (3 ch f by Legal Process – Lady Tarkari) – Can safely be bypassed.

8. KAYLYN MELODY: (3 b f by Casual Trick – Darlin) – Has been doing well in her races, having finished in second position three times from six career starts.
Kaylyn Melody has raced over this distance on March 2 and came home 7 ¼ lengths in second place behind the out-of-class J Spieth. With the distance not an issue, Kaylyn Melody has every chance of success.

9.VALLEY OF LOVE: (3 b f by Spieth – May Flower) – Came home in third place behind Sippin N Sunshine and Immeasurable Joy on May 4.
Valley of Love could run well once again.
