Flow: Continually enhancing service

We write in response to a recent letter from Orville Nembhard titled ‘Frustrated with flow service’ which was published on April 29, 2024.
At Flow, we are committed to providing reliable and high-speed internet services to our customers, and we take any concerns regarding network performance very seriously.
We have noted Nembhard’s concerns and do regret the inconvenience he experienced by the service disruptions he outlined.
Our technical team visited his business premises on April 30 and May 1 and enhanced the infrastructure to prevent a recurrence of the issue impacting the quality of his broadband service. The issue on his residential landline was also resolved.
We value the trust our customers place in us and remain dedicated to delivering superior connectivity and solutions across Jamaica. We also assure our customers that we are taking proactive steps to improve the overall customer experience.
Customers on our fibre optic network are being served by the latest technology and our various sites are supported by an alternative electrical power supply system.
In addition to resolving any immediate issues, we are continually investing in our infrastructure and technology to enhance the reliability and performance of our fibre network. This includes regular maintenance, upgrades, and expansion efforts to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
