Chang, Blake lead tour of Grange Hill
WESTMORELAND, Jamaica – Minister of National Security Dr Horace Chang and Commissioner of Police Dr Kevin Blake are leading a tour of Grange Hill in Westmoreland on Friday.
It follows last week’s brutal killing of 16-year-old Grange Hill High student Carson Barrett in the community.

The touring team, which includes Minister of Education Fayval Williams, will also be visiting the Peggy Barry Primary School where eight-year-old Jahmiel Richardson perished in a house fire last Friday.

Meanwhile, the tour will continue into the volatile King’s Valley community where Dr Chang said Carson’s suspected killer resides.
“We have accurate intelligence….that he comes from an area called King’s Valley and we know we have a crew up there called, King’s Valley Gang,” Dr Chang said as he addressed the students and staff at Grange Hill High School.
“We are going to pursue the perpetrator relentlessly whether he is young or old, we’re going to find him and we’re going to remove him from the community,” Chang reassured.
