Good health with natural teas
GOOD health is literally growing in your backyard, and more and more people are turning to herbal medicine to help with their ailments. Herbalist Kenute Harrison said teas made from plant leaves have natural ingredients, and often contain various vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that can support overall health.
“Many cultures have used herbal remedies for centuries, passing down knowledge of their medicinal properties through generations,” he said. “Different herbs offer different health benefits such as immune support, improved digestion, reduced inflammation, and even potential anti-cancer properties. When used appropriately and in moderation, herbal teas typically have fewer side effects compared to pharmaceutical drugs.
