The Best Dressed Chicken’s Fun In The Son Food Village

Evening Concert Catering – Jacqui Tyson

As the sun set and the evening concert commenced, specially invited guests, Jamaica Broilers Group executives and event partners were treated to a culinary experience curated by award-winning chef and caterer Jacqui Tyson in the Special Guest Lounge.

From the delectable Best Dressed Chicken breaded wings to the succulent Hamilton SmokeHouse Loaded Wraps, every bite was a symphony of flavour. Guests indulged in Best Dressed Teriyaki Chicken Thighs and Pimento Coal Roasted Jerk Chicken, savouring the essence of Jamaican cuisine.

The menu also featured Twice Glazed BBQ Chicken and Hamilton Smokehouse Full House Pasta, complemented by the irresistible Best Dressed Breaded Tenders. To top it off, the Pon Di Cawna Satdeh Soup, featuring The Best Dressed Chicken, brought warmth and satisfaction to every morsel, making it a night to remember.
