Poor customer service, NHT!
Dear Editor,
Why is it that when the average person wants to have his or her voice heard in the echelons of corporate companies and quasi government institutions the only recourse is to take to the media? We wish it didn’t have to come to this, but it has.
On January 1, 2024 I applied for my National Housing Trust (NHT) contribution refund, and up the the time of writing on April 16, 2024, I am yet to receive same. After several calls and a visit to the NHT offices, still no resolution.
I understand that the issue is entirely an internal NHT fumbling, as funds for the company in question were posted to an incorrect account.
After three-and-a-half months of waiting and no resolution in sight, sadly it has come to this — dirty linen in public.
Come on, NHT, I know you can do better.
