Expect extravagance at RYTZ
I Love Soca Jamaica has collaborated with Tipsy Music Festival to début the newest and most premium event experience during Jamaica’s Carnival Week: RYTZ.
Venued at Ritz Savannah, nestled within the iconic UWI Fields (at The University of the West Indies, Mona), RYTZ is set to redefine extravagance.
Derived from the word “ritz”, RYTZ embodies the essence of its name by offering an all-inclusive experience unlike any other. Guests will indulge in delectable cuisine and top-shelf beverages throughout the event, ensuring a culinary journey that perfectly complements the evening’s entertainment.
At the heart of RYTZ lies a full-scale musical showcase by one of Jamaica’s favourite Trinidadian performers-Kes the Band-and the 2024 Trinidad and Tobago Carnival Road March Winner Mical Teja, who already has the entire region moving to his hit
DNA.
RYTZ is being powered by I Love Soca Jamaica and Tipsy Music Festival, two titans in the entertainment industry known for their commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences.
Andrew Bellamy, managing director for I Love Soca Jamaica, expressed his enthusiasm about the event, stating: “RYTZ represents a culmination of our dedication to providing unparalleled entertainment experiences for various audiences during Jamaica’s Carnival week. Through shared vision and innovation we are thrilled to embody a true live music experience in a party with Tipsy Music Festival who is also known for delivering live concert experiences.”
Zamani Moodie, managing director of Tipsy Music Festival, shared similar sentiments, saying, “At Tipsy Music Festival, we pride ourselves on curating events that leave a lasting impression. RYTZ is the epithet of our passion for excellence, and we are honoured to join forces with I Love Soca Jamaica to deliver an event of unparalleled grandeur.”
Kees Dieffenthaller from Kes the Band also expressed his anticipation for the upcoming performance, stating: “Jamaica holds a special place in our hearts. We can’t wait to bring the energy and vibes of Trinidad and Tobago to the groovy sounds of reggae while getting everyone ready for carnival day (April 7).
