Anticipation mounting for all-inclusive RYTZ
Trinidad’s “too real” soca king and Lucy performer Destra Garcia are among the stellar line-up confirmed for the much-anticipated I Love Soca event set for today, Easter Monday, April 1.
Dominic Bell, communications manager for Campari, said: “This is one of many pre-Carnival events to get revellers in the mood for the road. The I Love Soca Jamaica team usually offers unforgettable events with the best vibes; we are looking forward to that.”
I Love Soca in Jamaica is known to provide exciting collaborations among the region’s most-experienced DJs, and organisers say this staging promises to do that again with its line-up.
Bell continued: “This thrilling cooler festival is set to ignite the vibes of Soca enthusiasts across the island, and Campari sits proud as the drink of choice throughout this celebration. Get your coolers packed, wear comfortable shoes and get your team of soca ravers ready as the ultimate soca celebration is poised to take over Kingston this Easter Monday!”
Meanwhile, Kes The Band is set to entertain at RYTZ on Carnival Thursday with pulsating mixes within the R&B, pop, rock, EDM, reggae and soca genres.
RYTZ, sponsored by Campari, is expected to be an all-inclusive experience set against the backdrop of build-up of Carnival festivities to climax on road march Sunday.
Organisers are signposting an unparalleled experience for patrons on this calendar of events for Carnival 2024 rev into gear.
