ROK Hotel and Rainforest Caribbean have partnered for the Lenten season to create a seafood-focused menu that is guaranteed to delight.
Created by award-winning Executive Chef Volae Williams, the menu features four fish and seafood entrées rounded out by a selection of appetisers and two sensational desserts. Anchored with Rainforest’s proteins, the dishes offer an elevated take on classic seafood dishes and all feature a dash of Caribbean flair.
Available at ROK Hotel’s ROKstone and Palate restaurants for dinner until March 28.
