It was a very productive day for us because all things went according to plan. The girls are feeling very confident and relaxed, and they are just taking it day by day.

Everything went according to plan. It was definitely the way we expected Champs to begin for us. We just have to give God thanks because the girls are feeling good and they are not injured or anything, so we are just taking it one day at a time.

It was a good day for us, but it was just one disappointment for us. There is one of our athletes that I thought would have advanced to the semi-finals of the girls Class Two 400m but she didn’t make it. However, our team is still in high spirits and we just hope to continue this for the remainder of the championships.

It was a good day for us because everything is going according to exact plan and we have many of our athletes into their respective finals as was predicted before, and we have done well. I just hope that this will continue for the rest of the championship.
