Sophia Brown happy to be on the road again
Reggae singer Sophia Brown is enjoying being on the road again for the first time since her 2022 US tour.
“The last time I was on tour was 2022 when I toured the US with my band, Vybz Unit. We performed in various parts of the US, including New York, Louisiana, St Louis, Chicago, and Cincinnati… during winter and spring. After a short break, we resumed touring in the summer until the end of fall.”
Brown is currently on tour with fellow reggae artiste and close friend Ginjah. The tour, which is co-headlined by both artistes, kicked off at the House of EDM in Columbus, Ohio, on February 16.
“This tour has gotten to a very good start. So far, we’ve performed in Columbus and Cincinnati. We have several shows coming up in other places including Virginia, Indiana, Chicago, Minnesota, Florida and Michigan. I also have one show in Canada,” she said.
Also on the cards for Brown is the release of her upcoming,
Frozen, EP and the second volume of her memoirs. Both projects are slated to be released later this year.
