Dear Claudienne,

I need your assistance in recovering a claim from Advantage General for an accident that took place on December 23, 2022. I have details that show that Advantage General informed Key Insurance Company, with which my vehicle was insured, that they accepted liability for the accident. However, up to the time I am writing this letter (February 7, 2024), Advantage has not settled the claim to enable me to repair my vehicle.

Please note the following email that I received from Key Insurance company.

“We write to provide an update on your claim. Please note that Advantage General is accepting liability but the settlement is not yet addressed. We will continue to follow up with them and, upon receipt of their release, we will contact you to sign same.”

On August 15, 2023 Key Insurance also wrote to Advantage regarding the claim.

The letter stated as follows:

“We have been writing on this matter for sometime now and to date no response has been received from your office. Kindly let us hear from you soon so we may be in a better position to update our insured.”

I would appreciate your assistance to have Advantage General settle the claim on behalf of their insured party.

Tell Claudienne has been in communication with Advantage General re the claim made by Key Insurance on your behalf. On February 16, 2024 Advantage General advised
Tell Claudienne by email as follows:

“The third party’s settlement was dispatched to the third party’s insurer.”

You informed the column on February 20, 2024 that you have received a recovery release form from Key Insurance company. When you fill out the form and return it, Advantage General will finalise the process for the money to be lodged to your account.
