15-y-o boy charged with rape of 6-y-o girl at daycare centre
ST ANN, Jamaica— A teenage boy has been accused of raping a six-year-old girl in the bathroom of a daycare in Ocho Rios, St Ann on Saturday, January 27, 2024.
Charged with rape and grievous sexual assault is a 15-year-old student of Buckfield in Ocho Rios in the parish.
Reports from the Ocho Rios police are that a six-year-old girl was at a daycare facility when the accused barged in on her in the bathroom where he sexually assaulted her and subsequently raped her.
A report was made to the police and an investigation launched into the matter.
The accused was later taken to the station by his relatives where he was charged.
His court date is being finalised.
