Distinguished guests convened recently at Beyond Borders, the launch of Proven Place, the latest development from Proven Properties – heralding a new era of innovation for Proven.

Amidst an atmosphere charged with anticipation, luminaries from the realms of finance and entrepreneurship – including Aisha Campbell, the CEO of Proven Properties, and Luwanna Williams, leader of Proven Wealth – stood shoulder-to-shoulder with Peter Bunting, the co-founder and chairman. Their presence was augmented by Dr Nigel Clarke, minister of finance and the public service.

As the evening unfolded, attendees were treated to an unexpected delight: a mesmerising performance by legendary dancehall and reggae icon Beenie Man.

Handling the formalities was Simone Clarke, while musical stylings came courtesy of DJ Sparks.

Proven Place is the new home to Proven Properties and Proven Wealth. The new offices embody modernity, innovation, providing a hub for growth and connectivity for its companies and property partners like TinGrinners.

The five-storey corporate office is located at the corner of Lady Musgrave & Gladstone roads and was developed in partnership with KASE International (Tingrinners).

The building contains a total floor area of 35,000 square feet, has nine offices and 110 parking spaces.
