Body Glow
e.l.f. Retro Paradise Glow Up Face & Body Oil — Sunkissed & Golden Hour
STEPS
1. To ensure a long-lasting look and reduce shine, I used my go-to mattifying products Mehron Skin Prep and Danessa Myricks Blurring Balm Powder on her T-zone.
2. For her foundation I used the Maybelline Superstay Foundation in the shade Warm Bronze mixed with the Face Atelier Ultra Pro Foundation in Shade 8. The Hourglass Vanish concealer in shade Dune, which is two shades lighter than her complexion was used to add brightness to the center of her face and under her eyes. The entire face was set with the Laura Mercier Ultra Blur Translucent Setting Powder and her under eyes set with the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish powder in shade 2.
3. Using a sweeping motion, I drew the number three on her face using the Sephora Microsmooth Powder in the shade Toffee to contour forehead, cheeks and jawline. I then added Milani Soleil Bronzer to the top of her cheekbones.
4. The ‘blush draping’ technique was specifically requested by her stylist Ivy Coco. I applied the shade Private Island from the Stilazzi Barbados palette to the apples of her cheeks, up into her temples and on her eyes as well.
5. To achieve a matte eye look, I used the Makeup by Mario Master Mattes palette and the Danessa Myricks Groundwork palette. For a pop of shimmer in her inner corner I used the shade Nylon by MAC Cosmetics.
6. To create dimension, I lined the lips with MAC Cosmetics Lip Liner in the shade Chestnut, then added Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick — 65 Seductress, topped with one of my fave pink glosses: LimeLife by Alcone Perfect Lipgloss in the shade Grace.
7. For her body glow I used the e.l.f. Retro Paradise Glow Up Body Oil in the shades Sunkissed and Golden Hour and applied it to her entire chest, arms and back with a fluffy powder brush.
8. To set I used the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray and the One Size Beauty On Til Dawn Waterproof setting spray.
