Charged is 23-year-old Brandean Cousley of Cornwall Courts.
Reports from the Montego Bay police are that about 10:15 pm on Wednesday, October 12, three men were sitting in a yard in the Green Pond community when they were approached by Cousley, who brandished a firearm and opened gunfire in their direction.
