St Elizabeth man charged for breaches of the Law Reform Act

ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica – An eighteen-year-old man from St Elizabeth was charged with knowingly possessing identity information following an operation by police in his community on Wednesday, January 10.

Charged is Tyrique Hutchinson, farmer of Tryall district in Junction.

Reports are that about 2:00 pm, the police acting on information, conducted an operation at an address in the community. A search of the premises was conducted and two cell phones were found. The cellphones were searched in his presence and overseas numbers that he could not account for, were found within.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged following a question and answer session.

His court date is being finalised.
