Harbour View beat hapless Treasure Beach in JPL
ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica— Harbour View edged away from the foot of the points table after scoring a 2-0 win over Treasure Beach in their rescheduled Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League first round game played at the St Elizabeth Technical sports complex on Sunday.
Goals in added time from Jahshaun Anglin and Shaquiel Bradford saw Harbour View snap a four-game winless run and get their second win of the season, both coming against promoted teams.
Harbour View, who will end their first round schedule on Wednesday against Dunbeholden FC, inched up to 12 points but are still in 11th place while it was an eighth straight loss for Treasure Beach who are in 13th spot on the tables with seven points.
It took Harbour View almost the entire game to break down Treasure Beach with Anglin scoring in the third minute of time added and Bradford adding the second goal four minutes later.
