The Business Social highlights three events today. We have scenes captured at the Consumer Advisory Committee on Utilities inaugural Utility Customer Service Distinction Award which recognises excellence in customer service by utility staff who establishes and maintains a positive and effective working relationship with internal/external customers, colleagues, and the public. Delano Williams, National Water Commission’s (NWC)corporate public relations manager (acting), and his team were nominated by an NWC customer.
Then we go to the E-Gov Technology Showcase which was held recently at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Kingston where MC Systems was a participant. Last, but certainly not least, we have Minister of Tourism Edmund Bartlett receiving two major awards for Jamaica from the prestigious World Travel Awards, which is in its 30th year, at the landmark Burj Al Arab in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
