Sloppy job corrected
Dear Claudienne,
I own a commercial building in the town of Morant Bay, St Thomas. In June one of my tenants got an Internet SVC from Flow. However, the phone company did such a sloppy job. The Flow technician who did the installation should have properly and neatly secured the wires to the building. He however just laid the wires right across the roof of the building.
I have called Flow Customer Care numerous times and explained that the building is an active construction site and that the wire was impeding the work flow on the building. Customer Care said that my calls were noted and would be addressed.
On November 8, 2023 I got a call from one of the tenants. He told me that the Flow technicians were back and were doing a migration that would change the existing wire to fire-optics.
I immediately asked to speak to the technician and told him that the old wire and the new replacement wires had to be removed from the roof. He said OK but nonetheless again placed the wires on the roof.
I have been speaking to the customer care representatives at Flow but I am not getting anywhere. They have refused to remove the wire and their refusal is costing me as I have to be “putting off “construction work to be done on the building due to this wire.
The person at Flow who is in charge of the parish installations also has our contact information and we were in contact with her until she decided not to take my calls or text messages.
Can you please, if possible, see how best you can assist with this problem. I have even written an email to the CEO, but got no response.
