Anticipation for Instahype – The Koolout Sundayz Edition is high and still rising in dancehall and entertainment circles as fans of Chronic Law and Valiant gear up to flood the event this Sunday in Stony Hill, St Andrew.

Multi-award-winning journalist Andre Williams, the event’s promoter, will celebrate his birthday on September 10, the day of the event.

“People don’t get to see Chronic Law perform too often. He’ll be there at Stony Hill’s prime event. This year we also have Valiant. Music will be by ZJ West from Zip 103 FM, Redd Heat Sound, Team Xtreme, Boom Boom the King of the Street, and Harry Hype. Come celebrate with me on my birthday, from evening into the night,” shared Williams.

The event will be held at Pine Ridge, Castle Drive, in Stony Hill, from 3:00 pm to midnight.

Ticket sales have been very promising.

“The whole community is locked in and ready. It is highly anticipated. Instahype has been going on for years now, but this year, because of Chronic Law and Valiant, anticipation is through the roof. We want people to come out and enjoy themselves,” Williams said.

“Sodjie Hustler” told the Observer that the party is the most-anticipated event at this time.

“The streets a talk ’bout this event. It won’t be normal. Andre has been doing Instahype for the past seven years now. He represents for all bad artistes. He represents for the Hills. From Chronic Law and Valiant are there, more artistes are going to pass through. The streets can’t wait,” he said.
