Lunch @ Alexander’s
If like Thursday Food you’ve not lunched at The Courtleigh Hotel & Suites in some time, it’s time to revisit. What has remained constant is the cosy boutique feel, the pristine lobby area and the amicable team members.
What has been refreshed is Alexander’s Restaurant. Stepping into the pristine white 1,238 sq ft space just right of the lobby gives a decidedly chic Caribbean feel. The Alcove is where we opt to lunch. Its intimacy brings back fond memories of good times. A cursory glance across at the Terrace where al fresco dining is an option also elicits a smile. What’s new is the lunch menu; who’s new is the Executive Chef Fredrick Gayle.
Gayle’s food philosophy:keep it clean, simple and tasty is what will keep us clamouring for more.
