#WorldChamps2023: Silver for Jamaica in women’s 4x100m

Jamaica’s women’s 4x100m relay team claimed the silver medal in the final of the event at the 2023 Budapest World Athletics Championships on Saturday.

The quartet of Natasha Williams, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Shashalee Forbes and Shericka Jackson ran a season’s best (SB) time of 41.21 seconds for silver.

The United States defended their title in a championship record of 41.03 seconds while Great Britain and Northern Ireland took home the bronze in a SB of 41.97.
