Burna Boy spotted ‘vibing’ at Weddy Weddy Wednesdays
Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy is reportedly back in Jamaica for his birthday celebrations, making good on his promise to return to the island after his debut performance in the country last December.
Burna Boy reportedly landed on the Rock earlier this week via private jet and is said to be staying at a private property in Trelawny.
The entertainer has been spotted partying it up at a number of local hotspots since his arrival including Weddy Weddy Wednesdays. The African Giant was seen raving alongside popular disc jocks Boom Boom and Randy Rich inside the Stone Love headquarters in St Andrew.
“Stone Love. Burna Boy in the building, you know I love Jamaica. Jamaica is my second home so right now what we doing is vibing…this is Stone Love,” he yelled into the mic as he was cheered on by members of the local music fraternity.
When he made his performance debut in Jamaica last December, Burna Boy vowed he’d be back as he had fallen deeply in love with the island.
The artiste’s birthday visit comes on the heels of another musical milestone as he recently became the first African singer to sell out a 41,000-capacity stadium in the United States.
Burna Boy’s visit is the latest reaffirmation of Jamaica’s status as a ‘celebrity playground’.
